Vegetarian Dog Treat Recipes

Vegetarian dog recipe – Peanut Butter Banana Cookies
1/3 Cup peanut butter (get the healthy stuff without added sugar etc.) 2 Ripe bananas 3 Tablespoons soy milk 2 Tablespoons sugar free maple syrup 21/2 Cups rolled oats 1 Teaspoon cinnamon ¼ Cup Flour
In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth add soy milk, peanut butter and maple syrup, add remaining ingredients and stir well. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 Minutes.
Vegetarian dog treat recipe – Carrot Cookies
1 Cup whole wheat Flour 1 Teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ Cup rolled oats ¼ Cup shredded coconut ¼ Cup wheatgerm 1 Cup shredded carrots ½ Cup sugar free maple syrup ½ Cup olive oil
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, rolled oats, wheatgerm and coconut. Mix well then add carrots, maple syrup and olive oil mix well until dough forms. Place rounded teaspoonfuls of mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12-14 minutes.
Vegetarian dog biscuit recipes – Basic Peanut Butter Biscuits Bulk Recipe
2-1/2 Cups unbleached flour 3 Cups whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon dry yeast 1 Cup cornmeal 31/2 Cups lukewarm vegetable broth ½ Cup Peanut Butter
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm vegetable broth. Let yeast broth mixture set 10 min, add peanut butter. Mix together the flours and cornmeal. Combine the yeast peanut butter broth with the flour mixture. Mix well until dough forms; roll out dough on floured surface. Cut dog biscuit shapes from dough. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 45 min. After your biscuits are done you can leave them in the cooling oven to produce harder biscuits.
